Terms of Service

General-I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
-Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are granted (see “Commercial Use” for more information).
-Providing as many references as possible will make the process quicker and more efficient.
-Extra characters in a piece is 50% the original price.————————————————Payment-Payments are made through PayPal in CAD (A 5% PayPal fee will be added).
-Full payment is required upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% before completion.
-If you choose 50% upfront, I will use a watermark on progress updates until final payment is made.
-No work will begin until payment is received.————————————————Refunds & Cancellations-Full refunds are available only if I have not started on the artwork.
If I’ve started, a partial refund may be given depending on progress.
-No refunds will be issued once the art is completed.
-If I cancel the commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full refund.————————————————Process & Deadlines-The commission may take from 2 days - 2 months depending on complexity.
-Updates and WIPs will be provided during sketch, lineart, colouring, and rendering phase (although you may ask for updates at any time).
-Major changes must be requested during the sketch and lineart phase, after that revisions will cost $5-$15 depending on complexity.————————————————Usage Rights-I retain all rights to the artwork, this meaning I may post the artwork on social media and use for self promotion (If you do not want me to post the art, please let me know).
The client may:
-Use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (profile pictures, wallpaper, printing for personal use, etc).
-Post online with credit preferably.
The client may not:
-Claim the artwork as their own.
-Alter or edit the artwork without permission.
-Use the artwork for commercial purposes.
-Use the artwork for AI.————————————————Commercial UseIf you wish to use the artwork for merchandise, or other commercial purposes, you must get commercial rights.
Commercial rights are to be negotiated, but expect a much higher fee. Please email me at [email protected] to discuss prices.————————————————Delivery-Final files and artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or Email in PNG/JPEG/PSD/CLIP format, please let me know which ones you would want.
-I do not ship physical items unless otherwise discussed.————————————————Communication-Please respond as soon as you can to WIP updates. Delays in feedback may extend the commission timeline.
-I will primarily communicate through email, discord, or social media DMs, whichever you prefer to reach me through.————————————————AgreementBy commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.
